1. How do i join the RM68 Merdeka Rebate Campaign?

   To join:

   1. Subscribe to any eligible Agent Subscription Package during the campaign month.

   2. Once your subscription is active, post your first property listing on Property Genie.

   3. Share your listing on one of the approved public social media platforms, making sure to tag Property Genie's official account.

   4. Wait for Customer Service (CS) to verify your post and listing.

   5. Receive your RM68 rebate via Touch 'n Go eWallet and online banking within 14 working days after successful verification.

2. Who is eligible to join?

   The campaign is open to:

   • New subscribers who activate a package during the campaign period (from 20 Aug onwards).

   • Existing subscribers only if they purchase a new additional subscription package during the campaign period.

   Not Eligible:

   • Subscribers with an already active package who only share listings without subscribing to a new package.

   • Corporate accounts, free trial accounts, and internal Property Genie staff accounts.

   • Important: If you are an existing subscriber with an active package, you are not entitled to the RM68 rebate by only sharing a listing. To qualify, you must activate a new subscription package during the campaign period.

   The campaign is open to both new and existing subscribers of eligible Agent Subscription Packages. Corporate accounts, free trial accounts, and internal Property Genie staff accounts are not eligible.

3. How will the rebate be given?

   The rebate will be issued via Touch 'n Go eWallet (TNG) and online banking, to the registered account details provided by the subscriber.

4. How many times can I claim the RM68 rebate?

   Each eligible subscriber is entitled to one (1) RM68 rebate per new subscription activated during the campaign period. Sharing listings under an existing active package without activating a new subscription does not qualify. Important: If you are an existing subscriber with an active package, you are not entitled to the RM68 rebate by only sharing a listing.

5. Is there a minimum activity required to qualify?

   Yes. At least one (1) active property listing must be posted under the newly activated subscription package and shared on an approved social media platform.

6. Which social media platforms are allowed for sharing?

   You may share your listing on any of the following platforms:

   • Facebook (personal profile or business page)

   • Instagram (feed)

   • TikTok

   • LinkedIn

   • X (formerly Twitter)

7. Must my social media post be public for verification?

   Yes. The shared post must be set to public on the selected social media platform to allow CS to verify it. Posts that are private, visible to "friends only," or restricted in any way will not be accepted.

8. Do I need to tag Property Genie in my post?

   Yes. You must tag Property Genie’s official account on the respective platform for your post to qualify. Posts without this tag will be considered incomplete and ineligible.

9. Can I delete or edit the post after submission?

   No. The post must remain public and unchanged for the entire campaign period or until CS completes verification. Deleting or altering the post before verification will result in the rebate being void.

10. How will CS verify my shared listing?

    CS will check:

    • Active subscription status

    • Active property listing

    • Public post visibility

    • Proper tagging of Property Genie's official account

    • Accuracy of listing details shared

11. What happens if my post is removed by the platform or hidden?

    If your post is removed, hidden, or altered in a way that makes verification impossible, your rebate will be forfeited.

12. What if I share a listing that is no longer active?

    Only active listings on Property Genie will be accepted. If the listing is removed, expired, or marked as sold before verification, the rebate will be forfeited.

13. When will I receive my RM68 rebate?

    Rebates will be processed within 14 working days after successful verification.

14. Can I exchange the RM68 rebate for cash or credit?

    No. The rebate is strictly non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or other benefits.

15. When does the RM68 Merdeka Rebate campaign end?

    The campaign period and eligibility dates will be announced on Property Genie's official channels. Shares made outside this period will not qualify.

16. Can Property Genie change the rules or disqualify participants?

    Yes. Property Genie reserves the right to amend the campaign Terms & Conditions, or disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or dishonest activities.
